Fire Alarm

The customer was given the following information:

Knowledge of Location of Panels, Equipment and are Labeled

Users are knowledgeable of how to cancel accidental alarms

Users are knowledgeable of how to place system on test

Required Fire Alarm Systems must be tested annually by a certified inspector

An alarm permit may be required in your municipality

Various system zones may be bypassed or disabled (not including Fire Alarm Systems)

System is designed with 24 hour backup power supply

All panic alarms are default to be silent and dispatch out to authorities unless requested otherwise

Notes:

Martin Systems has completed the following:

All sensors and devices and features of the system have been fully tested

and signals sent to Response Center (if applicable)

All work areas are cleaned to satisfaction

Furniture ceiling tiles and other items that may have been relocated are returned to normal location

Cameras views are verified with customer for their desired coverage (if applicable)

Martin Systems Representitive has answered any questions or concerns

Location is furnished with stickers including panels and junction boxes (yard signs if requested)
